RSC Law firm was founded by Reinhard S. C. Situmorang. He graduated from Atma Jaya Faculty of Law in 2006 with a Bachelor degree and, further, pursued his education at Universitas Indonesia, obtaining his Master of Laws in 2015.
Reinhard S. C. Situmorang has joined a top-tier litigation firm, where he worked from the beginning of 2007 until the end of 2017. After establishing a partnership law firm on 2017-2025, Reinhard Situmorang starts his own law office named the RSC Law firm.
Reinhard Situmorang has passed the Peradi Bar Exam and was certified as an Advocate by the Jakarta High Court in 2010. Additionally, in 2018, he was appointed as an Administrator and Receiver by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Mr. Reinhard specializes in litigation and has represented several multinational companies in all stages before Indonesian courts and arbitration tribunals. He has also represented clients before the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Attorney General Office. Reinhard has provided legal advice to companies on various issues including Commercial Disputes, General Corporate matters, Manpower, Bankruptcy, Environmental Concerns, Trademarks, Banking and Finance.
