RSC Law Firm was founded by Reinhard S. C. Situmorang, a distinguished advocate with nearly two decades of elite legal practice. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya in 2006, and furthered his legal expertise at Universitas Indonesia, earning his Master of Laws (M.H.) in 2015.

Mr. Situmorang built the foundation of his career at a premier litigation firm, where he practiced from 2007 until the end of 2017. Following this, he expanded his leadership and corporate expertise as a named partner at a prominent partnership law firm from 2017 to 2025. Building upon this extensive background in high-stakes advocacy and firm management, he established RSC Law Firm in 2025 to deliver top-tier, bespoke legal solutions.

Professional Credentials & Certifications

  • Certified Advocate: Passed the PERADI Bar Exam and officially sworn in by the Jakarta High Court (2010).
  • Receiver & Administrator: Appointed by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (2018) and holds active membership in the Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (AKPI).
  • Certified Liquidator: Certified in 2026 and holds membership in the National Liquidator Association (ILINAS).

Reinhard S. C. Situmorang represents several multinational companies in all stages before Indonesian courts and arbitration tribunals throughout his career. He has also represented clients in High Profile Criminal Cases in 2010-2018. In 2021 he was involved in Bankruptcy case as an Administrator and Receiver with total claims exceeding IDR 1.3 trillion. He also has provided legal advice to companies on various issues including Commercial Disputes, General Corporate matters, Manpower, Bankruptcy, Environmental Concerns, Trademarks, Banking and Finance. Recently in 2025, He involve in assisting share acquisition of a major international brand hotel in Indonesia with a transaction value of more than IDR 120 Billion.
